Is choosing agriculture as a course worth it? Let's see

India being a country of vast land.
It is the 7th largest country in the world, with a total area of 3,287,263 square kilometres (1,269,219 sq mi). India measures 3,214 km (1,997 mi) from north to south and 2,933 km (1,822 mi) from east to west.
Population in India gets more attacks from illiteracy which leads to unemployment that further leads to poverty and then malnutrition and death...
  • To be very honest here agriculture can be an awesome field to work on as it not only generates employment and income but also cuts the malnutrition factor of the population.
Just imagine if you are in agriculture field how easily you can tackle such problems, so that our country can grow economically too.
As an agriculture student I would say yes am very proud to be in this field.
Here are further jobs you can do after joining in an agriculture institute, other that owning a farm.
Here we go...
In India you can apply for government jobs, Lots of Government as well as Private job opportunities are present in front of Graduates.
Talking about Government jobs,
State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. Government Banks also recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts (generally dealing with Loans).
Talking about Private Sector jobs, graduates may find jobs as Managers at
Plantations, as Officers at Fertilizer Manufacturing firms,
Agriculture Machinery Industries,
Agricultural Products Marketing firms, Food processing units etc.
Research Officer
Quality Assurance Officer
Agriculture Officer
Agriculture Loan Officer (in Banks)
Production Manager
Operations Manager
Farm Manager
Agriculture is relatively more important (as measured by their share of agriculture in state GDP).
And the e best is preparing for Upsc, so that you can make alot changes in the country .
You just have a vast scope my dear..
Am sharing few of my clicks of nature and field work (to practically learn the problem of Indian farmers ) 😉
So here you go my friend ❤️❤️

What if I scored less in my boards?

Hey dear, Even if you would have scored 99% the world would have still judged you, some might feel very proud ,some happy, some jealous etc etc. It doesn't always matter that the society accepts us or not, what matters is we do or not. After your results they may taunt you for weeks, months or years (that he scored more than you, sharma ji’s daughter is a state topper bla bla), let them! It's your life dear not their's. Know who you are and always appreciate your capabilities. Don't let your brain and soul accept what others say. Tell them that you are meant for a bigger battle than this. I have known people with 50% owning all the luxuries now that the 90% holder cries for, that's how everything swaps. Marks are just numbers not a map for the rest of your life, may be they are important for the first few phases, like while taking admissions in your desired colleges, desired courses etc. But the rest phases are still in your hands. So don't get discourag...
